If you are looking for a trainer who is actually educated about fitness and nutrition hire Ryan now. He not only teaches his methods, but he lives them as well. Doesn't matter what kind of shape you are in, he will help you reach your goals. Ryan connects with his clients inside the gym and outside the gym to make sure everyone is staying on track to achieve what they set for themselves. I learned more in my 10 sessions with Ryan than ever had before. I consider him not only my trainer, but my friend. This guy is for real. You wont be disappointed.
I found a handful of trainers using thumbtack and spoke to most of them about my goals and what I was looking to accomplish. Ryan stood out to me by actually being responsive to the reasons I was looking for a trainer in our first conversation and provided an outline of how he would help. He didn't jump right in to a sales pitch of 5x a week workouts with chest days and leg days. He didn't push any products or trendy fitness crazes. It was very clear that he has been able to successfully coach people of varying fitness experience, age, and health status because of his uniquely in-depth knowledge that allows flexibility to tailor sessions based on the individual- not a program.
I hired Ryan because I wanted a professor of total fitness. Ryan provided nutritional guidance that was rooted in research and years of study. I was able to take away guidelines for structuring my diet to better my overall health- and to understand why and how it works.
Ryan also provided unique and challenging workouts each session. He was attentive to technique and to ability. I never felt uncomfortable or like I was being overexerted- but I always left physically exhausted and feeling good. Whether we were using dumbbells or climbing the rope, my safety was in the forefront of his mind so it didn't have to be on my mind at all.
Ryan helped me accomplish my goals exactly in the manner in which he said he would in our very first meeting. He is a genuine guy that is in the business of building better humans. He practices what he preaches and provided me a personal experience in which I am greatly appreciative. I benefited from our sessions because of the insight he provided and the passion that came with it. Ryan is a great guy to work with- someone I very highly recommend.

Ryan is an amazing trainer/coach. I started working out with Ryan because I felt it was something I should do. But I continue working out with Ryan because it's something I actually look forward to. Ryan is excellent at knowing when to push and when to encourage. And most importantly, he leads by example.

Ryan Hart is a great personal trainer! I have tried to follow a workout routine myself before but always injured something after a few weeks/months. I have been working out with Ryan for over a year and have not injured anything to date working with Ryan. I feel stronger and more well balanced physically that I have ever when I was working out on my own.
